Ten days to travel all over Slovenia: Ljubljana, Bled, Idrija, the Karst caves, Piran, Maribor and Ptuj.

This grand tour shows pupils the full diversity of a small country: in just a few hours on the road, you go from the Alps to the Karst, then to the Adriatic Sea and the Pannonian plain. They discover Ljubljana and the architecture of Jože Plečnik, Lakes Bled and Bohinj, the Idrija mercury mine and the Postojna and Škocjan caves. On the coast, Piran and the Sečovlje salt pans tell of the Venetian heritage, while Maribor and Ptuj, the country’s oldest town, round off the trip in the east. A science day in Ljubljana, entirely on foot, also serves as a rest day for the drivers. A complete trip for geography, history and science lessons in the upper years of secondary school.
