What we are looking for
To include your estate in our programmes, we need:
- A group price per person for the visit and tasting (number of wines, any food served).
- A guided visit in French and, if possible, in Dutch and English.
- A clear visit duration, so we can build a reliable timetable.
- Coach parking or a drop-off point nearby.
- A non-alcoholic drink for the driver and for travellers who do not drink.
- Accessibility information (cellars, stairs) for people with reduced mobility.

We look at what you offer in light of our programmes and destinations, then get back to you.
- 3We agree on the terms
Group rates, free places, option deadlines, booking and payment: everything is clear and in writing before the first group.
- 4You welcome our groups
We include you in our programmes and send you our requests, with a single contact person for each group.
If you are selected, your services will be offered in the sale of our group trips.
2027 rates. Every year in November, we contact you to update your prices and services for the following year, if needed.

Frequently asked questions
We are a small family estate: is that a problem?
Quite the opposite. Our travellers love meeting the winemaker and discovering an estate on a human scale. A large group can be split into two visits one after the other.
Can you combine our estate with other visits?
Yes, that is what we do for every excursion: an estate, a restaurant and another visit nearby. Tell us in the form which partners you already work with.
Does the driver take part in the tasting?
No, never: our drivers do not drink alcohol. A non-alcoholic drink and a free place for the driver are customary for groups.
How do you pay for visits?
Whichever you prefer: an invoice to Évadons-nous after the visit, or payment on site by our tour leader. We agree on this together before the first group.
