Welcome our groups on board

Boat trips, river cruises of an hour or a day, restaurant boats: we are looking for moments on the water for our day trips and group tours.

Full groups

Groups of 20 to 50 people, booked in advance, with a set boarding time.
All season long

Excursions on weekdays and at weekends, in spring, summer, autumn and during the Christmas markets.
Your boat in our programmes

Your cruise featured on our pages, in our videos and on our social networks, in 7 languages.
Tight organisation

Time, number of passengers and special requests confirmed in advance, with a single contact.

For us, a good group cruise means:

A clear capacity and duration, with scheduled departures or a boat available for private hire.
A price per person or per group, with what is included (commentary, drink, meal…).
A landing stage accessible by coach, with a place to drop off and pick up the group.
Commentary in French and, if possible, in Dutch and English.
A fallback in case of bad weather or water levels that are too high or too low.
Information on accessibility on board for people with reduced mobility.

Group rates, free places, option deadlines, booking and payment: everything is clear and in writing before the first group.

We include you in our programmes and send you our requests, with a single contact person for each group.

If you are selected, your services will be offered in the sale of our group trips.

2027 rates. Every year in November, we contact you to update your prices and services for the following year, if needed.

Our boat takes 30 people: is that enough?

Yes. For a larger group, two departures one after the other or two boats at the same time work very well. Mention it in the form.

Are you also interested in multi-day cruises?

Yes, we are also looking at river cruises with overnight stays for our group tours. Present your offer in the form: we will get back to you.

Who pays for the cruise?

Évadons-nous, by invoice or on site, on the terms agreed together. The cruise is included in the trip price or offered as an option.

What happens if the cruise is cancelled (weather, water level)?

We agree together, in advance, on a confirmation deadline and an alternative. Everything is in writing, so everyone knows where they stand.
