Évadons-nous organises coach day trips and holidays from all over Belgium. Every trip is built around one or two highlights: they are often what our travellers remember most. We are looking for reliable partners to welcome them, in Belgium and abroad.
What we are looking for
- Cruises and boat trips
- Guided tours of cities, sites and museums
- Tastings, visits to breweries, wine cellars or farms
- Workshops, demonstrations and local crafts
- Group meals and restaurants that can seat a full coach
- Outdoor activities, parks and shows
Our groups
- 25 to 50 people per coach, sometimes several coaches on the same day
- Mostly travellers aged 50 to 70, curious and punctual
- Arrival by coach, with a driver and a precise schedule to keep
- Dates planned well in advance, with trips that return every year
What matters to us
- Net group rates, clear and valid for the whole season
- A coach drop-off point nearby, or precise directions
- Reliable times and a welcome suited to groups
- A direct, responsive contact to confirm, change or add places
How it works
- You present your activity through the form below or by answering one of our calls for tenders.
- We compare the proposals and get back to you to agree on the details.
- We include your activity in our trips and send you our groups, with a confirmed booking for each date.
Your activity does not match any open call for tenders? Write to us anyway: we plan our programmes well in advance and keep every good address.
