Tour operators, incoming agencies and travel organisers, in Belgium and abroad: offer us your complete ground packages. You handle everything on site, from A to Z, with a French-speaking guide; we add our coach and drivers, then sell the trip in Belgium, to individual travellers and to groups alike.

What we are looking for

Ready-to-sell trips, designed for a group arriving by coach from Belgium. Our priorities:

  • Final-year school trips Priority End-of-school trips for final-year pupils, with rooms for 3 to 8 and entertainment.
  • School trips Priority Educational and cultural programmes, safe and well supervised.
  • Organised groups Associations, clubs, committees and social circles.
  • Senior groups A relaxed pace, comfortable hotels, accessible visits.
  • Companies Seminars, incentives and staff outings.
  • Individual travellers Trips with scheduled departures, sold to individual travellers.

Partnership terms (summary)

By sending us a proposal, you accept these terms:

  • No more than 5 proposals per organiser and per calendar year (counted by VAT or company number, otherwise by e-mail address).
  • No exclusivity, neither on your side nor on ours.
  • Net prices per person, excluding the coach, guaranteed throughout the stated validity period. Évadons-nous sets its selling price freely.
  • A French-speaking guide during the stay; Dutch is a valued plus.
  • Accommodation and meals for our two drivers included, or their price stated, and guaranteed parking for the coach.
  • No direct solicitation of Évadons-nous customers, during or after the trip.
  • Any change (hotel, programme, price, terms) is reported to us without delay and in writing.
  • Valid professional liability insurance, and a travel licence where your country requires one.
  • Cancellation charges aligned with our scale (90 days or more: 10%; 89 to 31 days: 30%; 30 to 21 days: 60%; less than 21 days: 100%) or, failing that, your written terms.
  • Clear options: 28 days (or 21) on group rooms from our request; for sales to individual travellers, an allotment per departure with a free release date.

Net prices per person, in euros, excluding the coach (transport is provided by Évadons-nous). They must be guaranteed throughout the validity period.

Option on rooms (groups)

From our request, you hold the rooms for the group, without commitment, for 28 days (or 21). We then confirm with the group’s deposit: our customer has 21 days to confirm with a 40% deposit, which leaves us time to confirm to you.

Allotment for sales to individual travellers

For our departures sold to individual travellers, you provide a number of rooms (or places) per departure, until a release date: rooms not sold by that date are returned to you free of charge.

Frequently asked questions

Why a maximum of 5 proposals per year?

So that each proposal is studied seriously and our range stays varied. Choose your finest programmes: you can send new ones every calendar year.

Do I have to arrange the transport?

No. Coach transport from Belgium, travel days and the journeys on site included in the programme are provided by Évadons-nous. Just tell us the mileage and the times for each day.

Does the guide really have to speak French?

Yes, it is essential: most of our travellers are French speakers. A Dutch-speaking guide, as an option, also lets us sell your trip in Flanders.

How do you calculate the selling price?

We start from your net price per person, for 20, 30, 40 or 50 paying participants, then add the coach price per person and our margin. That is why your prices must be guaranteed throughout the validity period.

What happens to my photos?

They are used only to present your trip on our website and in our communication. Send photos you hold the rights to: ideally with groups, in real situations.

What if my proposal is not selected?

We simply tell you by e-mail. You may propose other trips, up to 5 per calendar year.
