Verona's Arena and Juliet's balcony, Giotto's frescoes in Padua, then Venice, Murano and Burano: the Veneto in seven days.
This final-year trip to the Veneto links three cities of art. In Verona, pupils discover the Roman Arena, Piazza delle Erbe and Juliet’s House. In Padua, they see the Basilica of St Anthony and can admire Giotto’s frescoes in the Scrovegni Chapel. Venice then awaits them for two days: St Mark’s Square, the Doge’s Palace, the Rialto Bridge, the Grand Canal by vaporetto, then the glassmakers of Murano and the colourful houses of Burano. The departure date and time are set with your school in the quote. The journey is made in daytime, with a 30-minute break every 3 hours of driving, and the coach stays with the group.

- Our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break, day and night. Given the distance (about 1,250 km), two drivers take turns and an overnight stop is planned on the way out and on the way back: no night driving.
- Supervision is provided by the accompanying teachers; each pupil signs a code of conduct based on the school rules (no alcohol for minors or on the coach, no drug use, punctuality and compliance with instructions during free time, in Venice, picnicking on steps and bridges and swimming in the canals are forbidden and subject to fines).
- The pupil list and rooming list are entered in the school's online area (Excel import possible); rooms are allocated according to your instructions.
- Recommended period: April–May and September–October; the Scrovegni Chapel and the Doge’s Palace must be booked in advance. On certain spring and summer days, Venice charges an access fee to visitors not staying in the municipality (in Lido di Jesolo, for example), and guided groups there are limited to 25 people. Italy uses the euro; an adapter may be useful for some sockets. Lunches are not included: allow around €12–15 per pupil per day; pizza al taglio and cicchetti remain affordable.
