Charles Bridge and Prague's Old Town, Český Krumlov, then the imperial palaces of Vienna: two Central European capitals in one trip.
Two capitals, two faces of Central Europe. In Prague, pupils cross Charles Bridge, climb up to the castle and discover the Old Town and its astronomical clock, the former Jewish quarter and Wenceslas Square, witness to the Velvet Revolution. After a stop in Český Krumlov, Vienna unveils its imperial splendour: St Stephen’s Cathedral, the Hofburg, the Ring and Schönbrunn Palace. The departure date and time are set with your school in the quote. The journey is made in daytime, with a 30-minute break every 3 hours of driving, and the coach stays with the group on site throughout the stay.

Good to know
- Valid identity card or passport, signed parental consent form for each pupil under 18 and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), to be requested from your health insurance fund a few weeks before departure.
- Our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break, day and night. Given the distance (about 1,150 km), two drivers take turns and an overnight stop is planned on the way back: no night driving.
- Supervision is provided by the accompanying teachers; each pupil signs a code of conduct based on the school rules (no alcohol for minors or on the coach, no drug use, punctuality and compliance with instructions during free time, no unsupervised night-time outings in the bars of Prague’s Old Town).
- The pupil list and rooming list are entered in the school's online area (Excel import possible); rooms are allocated according to your instructions.
- Recommended period: spring and early autumn; Prague and Vienna are very busy in summer and cold in winter. The Czech Republic uses the Czech koruna (CZK), with card payment very widespread, and Austria uses the euro; electrical sockets are compatible with those in Belgium. Lunches are not included: allow around €10–15 per pupil per day, a little less in Prague.
