Four days in London, from Westminster to Camden, then Windsor, Stonehenge, the spa town of Bath, Oxford and Canterbury.
This trip gives pupils the best of London and the English countryside. Over four days, they explore Westminster, the Tower of London, the South Bank of the Thames, the British Museum and Camden Market. The trip then heads west to Windsor and the stones of Stonehenge, followed by two nights in Bath, a Roman and Georgian city listed by UNESCO, before the colleges of Oxford and a last evening in Kent. The Channel is crossed by ferry between Calais and Dover. The departure date and time are set with your school in the quote. The journey is made by day, with a 30-minute break every 3 hours of driving, and the coach stays with the group on site.

Good to know
- A valid passport is compulsory for every pupil and member of staff (an identity card is not enough to enter the United Kingdom), along with an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) applied for online before departure; signed parental consent form for each pupil under 18 and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Pupils of other nationalities should check their own entry requirements.
- Our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break, day and night. The Channel ferry crossing breaks up the journey on the way out and on the way back, and all journeys are made by day.
- Supervision is provided by the accompanying teachers; each pupil signs a code of conduct based on the school rules (no alcohol for minors or on the coach, no drug use, punctuality and compliance with instructions during free time, care when crossing the road, as traffic drives on the left in the UK: look right first).
- The pupil list and rooming list are entered in the school’s online area (Excel import possible); rooms are allocated according to your instructions.
- Recommended period: April to June or September to October, booking 6 to 9 months in advance; apply for passports and ETAs at least two months before departure, and book Stonehenge time slots and musical tickets early. The UK uses the pound sterling (bank cards are accepted almost everywhere), sockets are type G (adapter needed) and the time is one hour behind Belgium. Lunches are not included: allow a budget of about £10 to £15 per pupil per day; the hotel can provide packed lunches on request.
