Dresden, the “Florence on the Elbe”, the sandstone pinnacles of the Bastei and Leipzig, city of Bach and the 1989 revolution: Saxony in depth.
Saxony tells the whole story of 20th-century Germany: Dresden, destroyed in 1945 and rebuilt stone by stone, Leipzig, where the Monday demonstrations brought down the East German regime, and between the two the spectacular landscapes of Saxon Switzerland. Pupils admire the Frauenkirche and the Zwinger, hike to the Bastei Bridge high above the Elbe and discover the former Stasi headquarters. The departure date and time are set with your school in the quote. The journey is made by day, with a 30-minute break every 3 hours of driving, and the coach stays with the group on site for all the excursions. A trip combining baroque art, nature and recent history.

- Our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break, day and night.
- Supervision is provided by the accompanying teachers; each pupil signs a code of conduct based on the school rules (no alcohol for minors or on the coach, no drug use, punctuality and compliance with instructions during free time, staying on the marked trails in the national park).
- The pupil list and rooming list are entered in the school’s online area (Excel import possible); rooms are allocated according to your instructions.
