Five nights in Nice to explore the whole Côte d’Azur: Old Nice, Monaco, Èze, the Cannes Croisette, the Lérins Islands, Antibes and Grasse.
Between turquoise sea and hilltop villages, the French Riviera gives pupils a sunny end to their final year. From Nice, they stroll through Old Nice and along the Promenade des Anglais, watch the changing of the guard at the Prince’s Palace in Monaco, climb up to the village of Èze, walk the Croisette in Cannes and can cross to the island of Sainte-Marguerite. Antibes, Saint-Paul-de-Vence and a perfumery in Grasse complete the picture, with time for the beach. The departure date and time are set with your school in the quote. The journey is made in daytime, with a 30-minute break every 3 hours of driving, and the coach stays with the group.

Good to know
- Valid identity card or passport, signed parental consent form for each pupil under 18 and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), to be requested from your health insurance fund a few weeks before departure.
- Our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break, day and night. Given the distance (about 1,150 km), two drivers take turns and an overnight stop is planned on the way out and on the way back: no night driving.
- Supervision is provided by the accompanying teachers; each pupil signs a code of conduct based on the school rules (no alcohol for minors or on the coach, no drug use, punctuality and compliance with instructions during free time, swimming only on supervised beaches and with an accompanying adult present, appropriate dress in the streets of Monaco, where swimwear and bare chests are banned away from the beaches).
- The pupil list and rooming list are entered in the school’s online area (Excel import possible); rooms are allocated according to your instructions.
- Recommended period: May to early July and September; the sea is pleasant for swimming from June. Bring sun cream, a cap, a water bottle and comfortable shoes, as the beaches in Nice are pebbly. France and Monaco use the euro and the same sockets as Belgium. Lunches are not included: plan on about €12 to €15 per pupil per day.
