Six nights in Salou: a day at PortAventura, Roman Tarragona, the pink flamingos of the Ebro Delta and a big day out in Barcelona.
This trip combines the beach, big thrills and discovery. Staying in Salou, on the Costa Dorada, pupils spend a whole day at PortAventura, one of Europe’s largest amusement parks. They walk among the ruins of Tarraco, the former Roman capital of the peninsula, explore the rice fields and lagoons of the Ebro Delta, then discover Barcelona, from the Sagrada Família to Barceloneta. The rest of the time, the sea and Salou’s coastal path are right on the doorstep. An overnight stop in the Lyon area on the way out and on the way back avoids any night driving. The departure date and time are set with your school in the quote. The journey is made by day, with a 30-minute break every 3 hours of driving, and the coach stays with the group on site.
