A whole day of thrills at Phantasialand, Cologne Cathedral, the Rhine embankments, the Chocolate Museum and Aachen on the way home.

Just two to three hours away, Cologne offers the perfect mix for a final-year trip: a big, lively city, a Gothic cathedral listed as a World Heritage Site, the busy Rhine embankments and, half an hour away, Phantasialand, one of Europe’s most renowned theme parks, for a whole day of thrills. The return journey goes via Aachen, Charlemagne’s city. The departure date and time are set with your school in the quote; the journey is made by day, with a 30-minute break every 3 hours of driving, and the coach stays with the group on site.
