Reims’ coronation cathedral, the chalk cellars of a champagne house, the Avenue de Champagne in Épernay and the battlefields of Verdun.
About three hours away, Champagne offers a rich trip that is easy to organise: Reims Cathedral, where the kings of France were crowned, cellars dug into former Gallo-Roman chalk pits listed by UNESCO, Épernay and its vineyards, then a day in Verdun to understand the great battle of 1916. A journey that links Gothic art, living heritage and the duty of remembrance. The departure date and time are set with your school in the quote; the journey is made by day, with a 30-minute break every 3 hours of driving, and the coach stays with the group on site.
