Barcelona and Gaudí, Montserrat monastery, the Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres, Girona and Tossa de Mar: all of Catalonia in one trip.
This final-year trip reveals Catalonia in all its facets, from accommodation on the coast. In Barcelona, pupils admire Gaudí’s Sagrada Família and Park Güell, stroll along La Rambla and through the Gothic Quarter, go up Montjuïc and end at Barceloneta beach. They also discover the monastery of Montserrat, the Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres, the colourful houses of Girona and the ramparts of Tossa de Mar. The departure date and time are set with your school in the quote. The journey is made in daytime, with a 30-minute break every 3 hours of driving, and the coach stays with the group on site.

Good to know
- Valid identity card or passport, signed parental consent form for each pupil under 18 and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), to be requested from your health insurance fund a few weeks before departure.
- Our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break, day and night. Given the distance (about 1,300 km), two drivers take turns and an overnight stop is planned in France on the way out and on the way back: no night driving.
- Supervision is provided by the accompanying teachers; each pupil signs a code of conduct based on the school rules (no alcohol for minors or on the coach, no drug use, punctuality and compliance with instructions during free time, watchfulness against pickpockets on La Rambla and in crowded places, swimming only on supervised beaches and under the teachers’ supervision).
- The pupil list and rooming list are entered in the school's online area (Excel import possible); rooms are allocated according to your instructions.
- Recommended period: April to June or September and October, for the mild climate and swimming from late May. The Sagrada Família, Park Güell and the Dalí Museum must be booked several weeks in advance with a set time slot for groups; clothing covering the shoulders is recommended at the Sagrada Família and Montserrat. Spain uses the euro; bring a cap, sunscreen and a jacket for Montserrat, which is cooler. Lunches are not included: allow around €10–15 per pupil per day.
