UNESCO-listed Bordeaux, the Cité du Vin as a cultural visit (no tasting), then the Arcachon Bay and the climb up the Dune du Pilat facing the ocean.
This final-year trip takes pupils to south-west France. In Bordeaux, they discover the 18th-century façades, the Water Mirror and the Cité du Vin, an interactive museum on the history and cultures of wine, visited here without any tasting; in Arcachon, they climb the Dune du Pilat, the highest in Europe, facing the Atlantic. An overnight stop in the Loire Valley, both on the way out and on the way back, makes the journey comfortable. The departure date and time are set with your school in the quote. The journey is made in daytime, with a 30-minute break every 3 hours on the road, and the coach stays with the group on site.

- Our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break, day and night. For a less tiring journey, both the outward and return trips include an overnight stop in the Loire Valley, near Tours.
- Supervision is provided by the accompanying teachers; each pupil signs a code of conduct based on the school rules (no alcohol for minors or on the coach, no drug use, punctuality and compliance with instructions during free time, care when climbing the dune (water, sun cream and a cap) and no alcohol at any time, including at the Cité du Vin).
- The pupil list and rooming list are entered in the school's online area (Excel import possible); rooms are allocated according to your instructions.
- Recommended period: April to June or September–October, for the mild climate; the Cité du Vin and the Bassins des Lumières are booked in advance for groups. France uses the euro; bring good shoes and a bottle of water for the dune. Lunches are not included: allow a budget of around €10–15 per pupil per day.
