Colmar's Little Venice, the villages of the Wine Route, the castle of Haut-Kœnigsbourg and Strasbourg Cathedral: picture-postcard Alsace in four days.
Alsace looks like a picture book: flower-decked half-timbered houses in Colmar's Little Venice, the wine villages of Riquewihr, Kaysersberg and Eguisheim, and the fortress of Haut-Kœnigsbourg towering over the Rhine plain. On the last day, Strasbourg, its pink sandstone cathedral and Petite France discovered by boat round off a trip rich in history, between France and Germany. The date and time of departure are set with your school in the quote; the journey is made by day, with a 30-minute break every 3 hours of driving, and the coach stays with the group on site throughout the stay.

Good to know
- Valid identity card or passport, signed parental consent form for each pupil under 18 and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), to be requested from your health insurance fund a few weeks before departure.
- Our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break, day and night.
- Supervision is provided by the accompanying teachers; each pupil signs a code of conduct based on the school rules (no alcohol for minors or on the coach, no drug use, punctuality and compliance with instructions). On the Wine Route, no wine tasting is included in the programme; in the villages, pupils respect the residents' peace and quiet.
- The pupil list and rooming list are entered in the school's online area (Excel import possible); rooms are allocated according to your instructions.
- Recommended period: April to June or September–October; the Montagne des Singes only opens from spring to autumn, and the Christmas markets from late November to December draw large crowds. Bring good shoes for the cobbled lanes and the climb to the castle; France uses the euro and lunches are not included (budget of around €10–15 per pupil per day).
