A relaxed day in Paris: panoramic coach tour, Seine cruise and Montmartre, departing from your region.

Paris can also be discovered gently, and that is the spirit of this day designed for seniors. Your coach first takes you past the great monuments, from the Champs-Élysées to the Place de la Concorde, via the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, without any walking. After a seated lunch, a cruise on the Seine lets you admire Notre-Dame, the Louvre and the bridges of Paris in comfort. The afternoon ends on the hill of Montmartre, reached by funicular to avoid the steps, with free time on the Place du Tertre. The journey from Belgium takes about three to four hours, with a coffee break on the way there and back.

Programme

  • Early morning departure from the place of your choice.
  • Drive to Paris with a coffee break on the way: our drivers drive no more than 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Panoramic coach tour of Paris: Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower.
  • Commentary by a guide on board the coach during the panoramic tour (on request).
  • Seated lunch in a Parisian restaurant (on request).
  • Commented cruise of about one hour on the Seine, past Notre-Dame, the Louvre and the Musée d’Orsay (on request).
  • Ride up to the hill of Montmartre by funicular and free time around the Sacré-Cœur and the Place du Tertre.
  • Return to your region in the evening, with a break on the way.

Good to know

  • Valid identity card and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) for each participant; bring your usual medication.
  • Departure and return times adapted to your group’s pick-up point; trip available from 20 participants, on the date of your choice, price on quotation.
  • Walking level: easy, most of the visit is by coach and by boat; some cobbles and a short climb in Montmartre, which can be reached by funicular. Participants using a wheelchair or with reduced mobility: please let us know when booking.
  • A long day but at a gentle pace; in Paris, traffic may change the order of visits, and the coach drops off and picks up the group at authorised points.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
