A 7-day tour of the Opatija Riviera: the Lungomare promenade, Krk and Vrbnik, Rijeka and Trsat, 4 nights in the same hotel.
An elegant resort since the 19th century, Opatija lines up villas, gardens and cafés along the sea, facing the Kvarner islands. Your group stays 4 nights in the same hotel and enjoys the seaside promenade, the Lungomare, which links the neighbouring fishing villages. Excursions remain short: the island of Krk and its hilltop village of Vrbnik, then Rijeka and the shrine of Trsat overlooking the city. A full day in Opatija leaves time to stroll or relax at the hotel. The journey is broken by an overnight stop in Bavaria on the way out and back.

Day 1: Journey to Bavaria
- Morning departure from the location of your choice.
- Journey with regular breaks: our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break.
- Late-afternoon arrival in the Munich area and check-in at the hotel.
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Arrival in Opatija
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Drive to Croatia through Austria and Slovenia.
- Late-afternoon arrival in Opatija and check-in at the hotel for 4 nights.
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Opatija and the Lungomare
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Guided walk in Opatija: Villa Angiolina park and the Maiden with the Seagull statue (on request).
- Free time on the Lungomare as far as the fishing village of Volosko (driver’s rest day).
- Fish lunch at a restaurant (on request).
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Krk island
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Crossing of the Krk bridge and discovery of Krk old town and its cathedral.
- Lunch at a restaurant (on request).
- In the afternoon, Vrbnik, a village perched above the sea.
- Tasting of Žlahtina white wine in Vrbnik (on request).
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Rijeka and Trsat
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Coach ride up to Trsat castle and shrine, with views over the bay.
- Guided tour of Rijeka: the Korzo and the City Clock Tower (on request).
- Free afternoon in Opatija.
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Journey to Bavaria
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Departure through Slovenia and Austria.
- Journey with regular breaks: our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break.
- Overnight stop in the Munich area.
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 7: Return to Belgium
