A day in the Eifel: the old town of Monschau, its historic mustard mill and a boat trip on Lake Rursee.

Nestled deep in the Rur valley, Monschau is one of the prettiest small towns in the Eifel, with half-timbered houses huddled along the river. Your group strolls through its lanes and visits the historic mustard mill, where mustard is still made the traditional way. After lunch, the coach heads to Lake Rursee, one of Germany’s largest reservoirs, for a boat trip among wooded hills. Comfortably seated on board, everyone enjoys the scenery without effort. You return in the evening, with no long drive.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
