Roses for groups: Cadaqués, Cap de Creus and Figueres (10 days)

Day 1: Departure from Belgium

• Departure in the late afternoon from the place of your choice.
• Overnight journey to Spain with two drivers on board (double crew): no more than 3 hours of driving, then a 30-minute break.
• Alternative with an overnight stop on the way, outbound and return (on request).

Day 2: Arrival in Roses

• Arrival in the late morning and check-in at a 3-star hotel near the beach for 7 nights, on a half-board basis.
• Free afternoon to rest after the journey and discover the beach.
• Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Roses and its bay

• Morning discovering Roses: the seafront and the citadel, which preserves the remains of the Greek city of Rhode.
• Boat trip along the rocky coast of Cap de Creus (on request).
• Free afternoon at the beach.

Day 4: Cadaqués and Portlligat

• Scenic drive over the hills to Cadaqués (about 40 minutes).
• Free time in the white lanes and around the harbour of Cadaqués, where Salvador Dalí lived.
• Walk to the bay of Portlligat.
• Visit to the Salvador Dalí House-Museum in Portlligat (on request).
• Return to Roses in the late afternoon.

Day 5: Free day in Roses

• Free day for the beach, the seafront promenade or the old town, at your own pace (drivers’ rest day, no coach).

Day 6: Figueres and Castelló d’Empúries

• Drive to Figueres (about 25 minutes).
• Visit to the Dalí Theatre-Museum, where the artist is buried (on request).
• Free time on the Rambla of Figueres.
• In the afternoon, stop at Castelló d’Empúries, former capital of the Counts of Empúries, and its large Gothic church of Santa Maria.

Day 7: Empúries, L’Escala and Peratallada

• Drive to L’Escala (about 30 minutes).
• Visit to the archaeological site of Empúries, Greek and Roman ruins by the sea (on request).
• Free time at the port of L’Escala, famous for its anchovies.
• In the afternoon, a stroll through the medieval village of Peratallada, then return to Roses.

Day 8: Free day in Roses

• Free day for the beach, the seafront promenade or the old town, at your own pace (drivers’ rest day, no coach).

Day 9: Journey home

• Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.
• Departure in the late morning and overnight journey with a double crew, with a break of at least 30 minutes every 3 hours of driving.

Day 10: Back in Belgium

• Arrival in your home area in the morning.
