Christmas markets in Luxembourg and Nancy for seniors: old town, Place Stanislas and St Nicholas festivities (4 days)

Day 1: Drive to Luxembourg and Winterlights

• Morning departure from the place of your choice.
• Drive to Luxembourg, with a coffee break on the way (our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break).
• Seated lunch on the way (on request).
• Check-in at the hotel in the Luxembourg area for 3 nights.
• In the late afternoon, first visit to the Winterlights, Place d’Armes and Place de la Constitution.
• Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Luxembourg City

• Breakfast, then a short drive to the centre.
• Guided tour of the old town: Grand Ducal Palace, Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Chemin de la Corniche (on request).
• Visit to the Bock Casemates, tunnels carved into the rock, with many steps (on request).
• Seated lunch in a restaurant in the old town (on request).
• Free afternoon at the Christmas markets and in the shopping streets.
• Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Nancy and St Nicholas

• Breakfast, then drive to Nancy, in Lorraine.
• Stroll across the Place Stanislas and the Place de la Carrière to the Palais du Gouvernement.
• Seated lunch in a restaurant in the centre of Nancy (on request).
• Free time at the St Nicholas market and in the old town.
• Visit to the École de Nancy Museum, devoted to Art Nouveau (on request).
• Tasting of Nancy macarons and bergamotes (on request).
• Return to the hotel in the early evening, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Luxembourg Moselle and return

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Short drive to Remich and stroll along the Moselle esplanade.
• Tasting of Crémant de Luxembourg in a local wine cellar (on request).
• Departure in the late morning and return to your region in the evening.
