Four days at one of Poland’s largest Christmas markets, on Wrocław’s Market Square, with two drivers.
During Advent, Wrocław’s great Market Square fills with decorated wooden chalets and lights up around its Gothic town hall. Your group tastes Polish mulled wine, pierogi and gingerbread among handmade decorations and glass baubles. At dusk, a stroll on Cathedral Island, lit by its gas lamps, offers a quiet moment. An excursion to the Church of Peace in Świdnica, a large wooden church listed by UNESCO, adds a fine indoor visit. With two drivers for the journey and the same half-board hotel for three nights, the stay remains restful.
Programme
Day 1: Journey to Wrocław
- Morning departure from the place of your choice, with two drivers on board.
- Regular breaks along the way: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
- Drive through Germany via Dresden, arrival in Wrocław in the evening and check-in at the hotel for 3 nights.
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Old Town and Christmas market
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Guided tour of the Old Town and the Gothic town hall (on request).
- Lunch booked at a restaurant (on request).
- Free afternoon at the Christmas market on the Market Square.
- Tasting of mulled wine (grzaniec) and gingerbread at the market (on request).
- Late-afternoon stroll on the illuminated Cathedral Island.
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Church of Peace in Świdnica
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Coach excursion to Świdnica (about 1 hour) and visit to the Church of Peace, a UNESCO site.
- Lunch booked at a restaurant (on request).
- Return to Wrocław and free evening at the Christmas market.
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Return to Belgium
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Early-morning departure with two drivers on board.
- Regular breaks along the way: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
- Arrival back in your region in the evening.

- Christmas markets run from late November to late December, dates to be checked each year; bring warm clothes and non-slip shoes.
