Two days at Europa-Park in Rust: areas inspired by European countries, rides for all ages and a night on site.

Europa-Park, in Rust in Baden-Württemberg, is the largest theme park in Germany. Its themed areas, each inspired by a European country, offer a playful tour of Europe through architecture, music and food. Two days on site leave time to enjoy the rides without rushing, with a group evening at the accommodation. Before leaving, each group of pupils can prepare a fact sheet on a country and present it on site, linked to geography and language lessons. This trip suits pupils from age 10 to the end of secondary school.

Programme

Day 1: Journey to Europa-Park

  • Departure from your school at the agreed time.
  • Coach journey with a 30-minute break after at most 3 hours of driving.
  • Arrival at Europa-Park in the late morning.
  • Two-day park tickets at the school group rate (on request).
  • Afternoon in the park in small groups supervised by the teachers, with a set meeting point.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the accommodation.

Day 2: Second day and return

  • Breakfast at the accommodation.
  • Morning and early afternoon in the park.
  • Departure from the park in mid-afternoon.
  • Coach journey with a 30-minute break after at most 3 hours of driving.
  • Return to school in the evening.

The price includes

  • Coach transport from your school
  • The services of a driver
  • Free places for the accompanying teachers (their share is included in the price per pupil)
  • 1 night in a youth hostel or hotel, rooms for 3 to 8 pupils and separate rooms for the teachers
  • Half board (breakfast and dinner)
  • The driver’s accommodation
  • Road tolls and parking fees

  • Two-day park tickets at the school group rate
  • Lunches (free; packed lunches on request) and drinks
  • Admission to museums and sites not mentioned

Good to know

  • Identity card (Kids-ID for under-12s), parental consent to travel abroad and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) for each pupil.
  • Times adapted to your school; pupils are supervised by their teachers.
  • The park is mainly open from April to early November, and on certain dates in winter: to be checked; some rides have a minimum height requirement.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
