Day 1: Departure and overnight stop

• Morning departure from the place of your choice.
• Drive with regular breaks: our drivers drive no more than 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break.
• Lunch at a restaurant on the way (on request).
• Overnight stop at a hotel in the Tours area and dinner.

Day 2: Arrival in the Basque Country

• Breakfast and drive to the South-West with regular breaks.
• Lunch at a restaurant on the way (on request).
• Arrival on the Basque Coast in the late afternoon, check-in at the hotel for nine nights and dinner.

Day 3: Biarritz

• Breakfast and guided tour of Biarritz: Grande Plage, the fishermen’s port and the Rocher de la Vierge (on request).
• Lunch at a restaurant (on request).
• Visit of the Biarritz Aquarium (on request).
• Return to the hotel and dinner.

Day 4: Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Ciboure

• Breakfast and guided tour of Saint-Jean-de-Luz: harbour, Maison Louis XIV and the church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste (on request).
• Fish lunch at a restaurant (on request).
• Free time on the beach promenade and in Ciboure, across the harbour.
• Dinner at the hotel.

Day 5: La Rhune and Sare

• Breakfast and drive to the Col de Saint-Ignace.
• Ride to the summit of La Rhune on the little rack railway (on request).
• Basque lunch at a restaurant (on request).
• Discovery of the village of Sare and its pelota court.
• Return to the hotel and dinner.

Day 6: Free day

• Free day at the beach or in town (driver’s rest day).
• Breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

Day 7: Bayonne

• Breakfast and drive to Bayonne.
• Guided tour of Grand Bayonne and the Cathedral of Sainte-Marie (on request).
• Visit of a chocolate workshop and tasting (on request).
• Lunch at a restaurant with Bayonne ham (on request).
• Free time, then return to the hotel and dinner.

Day 8: Espelette, Ainhoa and Cambo-les-Bains

• Breakfast and drive inland.
• Discovery of Espelette and its façades hung with peppers.

• Stop at Ainhoa, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
• Visit of Edmond Rostand’s Villa Arnaga in Cambo-les-Bains (on request).
• Return to the hotel and dinner.

Day 9: San Sebastián

• Breakfast and drive to San Sebastián, in Spain (about 30 minutes).
• Guided tour of the old town and La Concha bay (on request).
• Pintxos tasting in the old town (on request).
• Ride up Monte Igueldo by funicular for the view over the bay (on request).
• Return to the hotel and dinner.

Day 10: Free day

• Second free day by the sea.
• Breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

Day 11: Return journey and overnight stop

• Breakfast and departure from the Basque Coast.
• Drive with regular breaks and lunch at a restaurant on the way (on request).
• Overnight stop at a hotel in the Tours area and dinner.

Day 12: Return

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Return journey with regular breaks.

• Return to your region in the evening.
