Three days in Bredene, a nature resort among the dunes: beach, Fort Napoleon, the quays and fresh fish of Ostend.

Bredene has a rare feature on the Belgian coast: no large concrete promenade, but a beach lined directly by dunes, for a calm, open-air stay. Your group relaxes simply, between walks on the dune paths and moments of rest facing the sea. Nearby Ostend is discovered from its harbour side: Fort Napoleon, built on the Emperor’s orders, then the fish and shrimp stalls of the Vistrap on the quays. This short trip is perfect for a first seaside getaway or an off-season club outing. The dune paths are sandy in places: shorter routes are offered.

Day 1: Arrival in Bredene

  • Departure in the morning from the pick-up point of your choice.
  • Coffee break on the way; our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Bredene in the late morning.
  • Reserved lunch in Bredene (on request).
  • Gentle walk along the dune paths to the beach.
  • Check-in at the hotel near the sea, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Ostend’s harbour side

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Short coach ride to Ostend.
  • Guided tour of Fort Napoleon (on request).
  • Stroll on the quays and free time at the Vistrap fish stalls.
  • Fish lunch in Ostend (on request).
  • Free afternoon in Bredene.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Return

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Free morning on the beach or in the dunes.
  • Reserved lunch in Bredene (on request).
  • Return journey in the afternoon, arriving back in your area in the evening.

  • A valid identity card is required; departure and return times are adapted to your pick-up point.
  • Walking level: easy (short walks, frequent breaks, coach close by).

  • The trip is possible all year round; Fort Napoleon has reduced opening hours in winter (to be checked for your dates).

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
