Two days of remembrance in Ypres: In Flanders Fields Museum, the Last Post at the Menin Gate and Tyne Cot Cemetery.

Ypres and its surroundings preserve the memory of the fighting of the First World War, in landscapes that are peaceful today. Your group visits the In Flanders Fields Museum, housed in the rebuilt Cloth Hall, before attending the Last Post ceremony in the evening, sounded every day at 8 pm beneath the Menin Gate. The next day, the coach links the key sites of the Salient: Tyne Cot Cemetery, the largest Commonwealth war cemetery, the Memorial Museum Passchendaele 1917 and the German cemetery at Langemark. Journeys between sites are short and visits are made at a gentle pace. Staying overnight means you can attend the Last Post without a late return.
