A two-day end-of-year party: Christmas markets in the Valkenburg caves, a gala evening, then Maastricht.

This end-of-year weekend brings together the two finest Christmas atmospheres of Dutch Limburg, less than an hour from Belgium. On the first day, your team discovers the Christmas markets set up in the Valkenburg caves before a gala evening with dinner, music and dancing. The next day is all about Maastricht, its Magisch Maastricht market on the Vrijthof and its illuminated lanes: a real staff party, with no worries about a late drive home. Coach, activities, meals and hotel: we organise everything on a turnkey basis, from 20 participants, on the date of your choice, and adapt the programme to your budget and group size.

Programme

Day 1: Valkenburg and gala evening

Coach departure from outside your company, at the agreed time.
Drive to Valkenburg: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
Arrival in Valkenburg and visit of the Christmas markets in the Gemeentegrot and the Fluweelengrot.
Free time in the illuminated streets of the Christmas town.
Check-in at the 3-star hotel (4-star on request).
Gala evening with dinner, music and entertainment in a private venue (on request).

Day 2: Magisch Maastricht and return

Breakfast at the hotel.
Drive to Maastricht.
Guided walk through the old town (on request).
Free time at the Magisch Maastricht Christmas market on the Vrijthof.
Team lunch in an old-town restaurant (on request).
Return journey and arrival back at your company in the evening.

Good to know

A valid identity card is required for each participant (trip to the Netherlands).
Departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours; several pick-up points are possible.
The Valkenburg Christmas markets and Magisch Maastricht run from late November to late December: dates are to be checked each year.
