Two end-of-year days in Amsterdam: an evening cruise among the Light Festival artworks, dinner and a night out.

From late November to January, the Amsterdam Light Festival places light artworks by artists from around the world along the canals and streets of the centre. Your team discovers them on an evening cruise, followed by an end-of-year dinner in a restaurant in town. The next day brings free time in the festive streets for Christmas shopping or a visit to a major museum, before the return. Coach, activities, meals and hotel: we organise everything on a turnkey basis, from 20 participants, on the date of your choice, and adapt the programme to your budget and group size.

Programme

Day 1: Illuminated cruise and dinner

  • Coach departure from outside your company, at the agreed time.
  • Drive to Amsterdam: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Amsterdam in the afternoon and free time in the festive city centre.
  • Check-in at the 3-star hotel (4-star on request).
  • End-of-year dinner in a city-centre restaurant (on request).
  • Evening canal cruise along the Amsterdam Light Festival route (on request).

Day 2: Festive Amsterdam and return

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Visit to the Rijksmuseum or the Van Gogh Museum (on request).
  • Free time for Christmas shopping in the Nine Streets (De 9 Straatjes).
  • Return journey and arrival back at your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant (trip to the Netherlands).
  • Departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours; several pick-up points are possible.
  • The Amsterdam Light Festival runs from late November to around mid-January: dates and route are to be checked each year.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
