Your team steps into Dickens’ England in Deventer: a historic quarter, costumed characters and a Christmas market.
Every year, just before Christmas, the historic Bergkwartier in Deventer relives the 19th-century England of Charles Dickens. Hundreds of costumed characters, from Scrooge to chimney sweeps, bring the lanes to life amid carols and period stalls. An original and unforgettable end-of-year outing that will surprise your staff and keep them talking long after they get home. Coach, activities and meals: we organise everything on a turnkey basis, from 20 participants, on the date of your choice, and adapt the day to your budget and group size.
Programme
- Coach departure from outside your company, at the agreed time.
- Drive to Deventer: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
- Arrival in Deventer in the late morning.
- Team lunch in a city-centre restaurant (on request).
- Afternoon at the Dickens Festival, in the lanes of the Bergkwartier, among the costumed characters.
- Free time at the Christmas market and on the Brink square.
- Return journey and arrival back at your company in the evening.
