A day on the Luxembourg Moselle: Remich and its promenade, a cruise among the vineyards, Schengen and a crémant tasting.

The Luxembourg Moselle unrolls its vine-covered slopes between Schengen and Wasserbillig, facing Germany. Remich, known as the “pearl of the Moselle”, charms visitors with its long, flower-lined riverside promenade, ideal for an easy stroll. A cruise lets you admire the wine villages from a comfortable seat, often with a meal on board. In Schengen, the small village where the 1985 free-movement agreement was signed, a museum tells this chapter of European history. The day ends with a cellar visit and a tasting of Crémant de Luxembourg, followed by a peaceful coach ride home.

Programme

  • Morning departure from the pick-up point of your choice; our drivers drive for no more than 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Remich in late morning and stroll along the esplanade by the Moselle.
  • Moselle cruise with lunch on board (on request).
  • Wine route through the wine villages to Schengen.
  • Visit to the European Museum Schengen (on request).
  • Stop at the Schengen Agreement monument by the Moselle.
  • Cellar visit and tasting of Crémant de Luxembourg (on request).
  • Departure in late afternoon.
  • Return to your region in the evening.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
