Afternoon and evening in Maastricht: Magisch Maastricht market on the Vrijthof, illuminated lanes and a team dinner.

Every winter the Vrijthof square hosts Magisch Maastricht, a lively Christmas market with stalls, mulled wine and, depending on the year, an ice rink and a Ferris wheel. Just across the border, it is the perfect end-of-year outing for a relaxed afternoon followed by a team dinner in the old town. Your staff enjoy the illuminated lanes, the shops and the Burgundian lifestyle of Limburg. Coach, activities and meals: we organise everything on a turnkey basis, from 20 participants, on the date of your choice, and adapt the day to your budget and group size.

Programme

  • Coach departure from outside your company, at the agreed time.
  • Drive to Maastricht: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Maastricht in the early afternoon.
  • Guided walk through the illuminated old town (on request).
  • Free time at the Magisch Maastricht Christmas market on the Vrijthof.
  • Team dinner in an old-town restaurant (on request).
  • Dance evening or entertainment in a private venue (on request).
  • Return journey and arrival back at your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant (trip to the Netherlands).
  • Departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours; several pick-up points are possible.
  • Magisch Maastricht runs from late November to late December: dates and attractions are to be checked each year.
  • Bring warm clothes and good shoes.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
