Nine days on the Costa Brava with six nights in Lloret de Mar: Tossa de Mar, Barcelona, Girona and the Santa Clotilde gardens.
Lloret de Mar is one of the best-known resorts on the Costa Brava, with its large beach, palm-lined promenade and nearby coves. Your group stays six nights in the same hotel, after an overnight stop in the Lyon area that makes the journey more comfortable. On the programme: the walled old town of Tossa de Mar, a day in Barcelona with the Sagrada Família and La Rambla, then Girona and its colourful houses on the river Onyar. The Santa Clotilde gardens, perched above the sea, and a free day leave plenty of time to relax. A sunny holiday at the gentle pace of the Mediterranean.
Programme
Day 1: Journey to the Rhône valley
- Morning departure from the pick-up point of your choice.
- Regular breaks: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
- Arrival in the Lyon area in the late afternoon, check-in at the hotel for an overnight stop, dinner.
Day 2: Arrival in Lloret de Mar
- Breakfast and drive to Spain.
- Regular breaks: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
- Arrival in Lloret de Mar, check-in at the hotel for 6 nights on half board, dinner.
Day 3: Tossa de Mar
- Boat trip along the coast to Tossa de Mar (on request).
- Walk in the Vila Vella, the walled old town facing the sea.
- Free lunch in Tossa de Mar.
- Return to Lloret de Mar by coach in the late afternoon.
Day 4: Barcelona
- Drive to Barcelona (about 1 hr 15).
- Guided tour of Barcelona with the Sagrada Família, the Gothic Quarter and La Rambla (on request).
- Lunch booked in a tapas restaurant (on request).
- Panoramic coach tour and return to the hotel for dinner.
Day 5: Free day in Lloret de Mar
- Free day (driver’s rest day).
- Beach, seafront promenade and path to the Castell d’en Plaja.
- Dinner at the hotel.
Day 6: Girona
- Drive to Girona (about 45 minutes).
- Guided tour of the old town, the Jewish quarter and the cathedral (on request).
- Photo stop on the Eiffel Bridge facing the colourful houses on the Onyar.
- Free lunch and return to the hotel.
Day 7: The Santa Clotilde gardens
- Morning in the Santa Clotilde gardens, a few minutes from the hotel, with their terraces overlooking the sea.
- Free afternoon for last-minute shopping or a final swim.
- Last dinner at the hotel.
Day 8: Journey to the Rhône valley
- Breakfast and departure from Lloret de Mar.
- Regular breaks: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
- Arrival in the Lyon area in the late afternoon, check-in at the hotel, dinner.
Day 9: Return to Belgium
- Breakfast and departure from the hotel.

- Return in the evening to your region.
