West Bohemia: Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázně and Františkovy Lázně (7 days)

Day 1: Journey to Karlovy Vary

• Early-morning departure from the location of your choice, with two drivers on board for this long journey.
• Regular breaks on the road: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
• Arrival in Karlovy Vary at the end of the day and check-in at the hotel for 6 nights.
• Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Karlovy Vary

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Guided tour of Karlovy Vary: the colonnades, the geyser and the Belle Époque spa district (on request).
• Lunch in town (on request).
• Funicular ride up towards the Diana tower (subject to opening), then free time.
• Visit of the Jan Becher Museum with a Becherovka tasting (on request).
• Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Mariánské Lázně

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Drive to Mariánské Lázně and a stroll through the parks and under the great colonnade.
• Guided tour of the spa town (on request).
• Lunch in Mariánské Lázně (on request).
• Return to Karlovy Vary in the late afternoon.
• Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Free day in Karlovy Vary

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Free day in Karlovy Vary (driver’s rest day): walks along the Teplá, cafés, glass and porcelain shops.
• Spa treatment or bath in one of the town’s spa centres (on request).
• Visit of the Moser glassworks and museum (on request).
• Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Loket and Bečov nad Teplou

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Drive to Loket, a small medieval town in a loop of the Ohře, and guided tour of its castle (on request).
• Lunch in Loket (on request).
• In the afternoon, guided tour of Bečov nad Teplou Castle and its Romanesque reliquary of St Maurus (on request).
• Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: Cheb and Františkovy Lázně

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Drive to Cheb: King George of Poděbrady Square, the half-timbered houses of Špalíček and the imperial castle.
• Guided tour of Cheb (on request).
• Lunch in the area (on request).
• In the afternoon, a stroll in Františkovy Lázně, a small yellow-and-white spa town.
• Farewell dinner with music (on request), or dinner at the hotel.

Day 7: Return to Belgium

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Morning departure from Karlovy Vary.
• Return journey with two drivers on board and regular breaks, arriving back in your area in the evening.
