A grand 12-day tour of Andalusia: Córdoba’s Mezquita, Seville, Ronda and Granada’s Alhambra, with two drivers.

Andalusia means sunshine, flower-filled patios and Moorish heritage around every corner. Your group discovers the Mezquita of Córdoba, then spends 3 nights in Seville for its cathedral, the Giralda and the Plaza de España. After crossing Ronda, perched above its gorge, you spend 3 nights in Granada at the foot of the Alhambra and the Generalife gardens. Two drivers share the long road, with overnight stops near Bordeaux and Madrid on the way out and back. Two free days, in Seville and Granada, leave time to enjoy a terrace in the shade of the orange trees.

Day 1: Journey to Bordeaux

  • Morning departure from the location of your choice.
  • Drive to south-west France with two drivers on board.
  • Journey with regular breaks: our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Evening arrival in the Bordeaux area.
  • Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Journey to Madrid

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Drive into Spain through the Basque Country and Castile.
  • Late-afternoon arrival in the Madrid area and check-in at the hotel.
  • Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Córdoba

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Drive to Andalusia through La Mancha, land of windmills.
  • Arrival in Córdoba in the early afternoon.
  • Guided tour of the Mosque-Cathedral and the Jewish quarter (on request).
  • Check-in at the hotel in Córdoba.
  • Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Arrival in Seville

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Drive to Seville (about 1 hr 45) and check-in at the hotel for 3 nights.
  • Lunch at a restaurant (on request).
  • Guided tour of the cathedral, the Giralda and the Santa Cruz quarter (on request).
  • Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Seville

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Discovery of the Plaza de España and María Luisa Park.
  • Visit of the Royal Alcázar and its gardens (on request).
  • Guided cruise on the Guadalquivir (on request).
  • Flamenco show evening (on request).
  • Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Free day in Seville

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Free day to stroll in the Triana quarter or the shopping streets (drivers’ rest day).

Day 7: Ronda and Granada

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Drive to Ronda through the Andalusian countryside.
  • Discovery of the Puente Nuevo above the Tajo gorge.
  • Lunch at a restaurant in Ronda (on request).
  • Drive to Granada and check-in at the hotel for 3 nights.
  • Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: The Alhambra

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Guided tour of the Alhambra: Nasrid Palaces, Alcazaba and Generalife gardens (on request).
  • Free afternoon in central Granada, around the cathedral.

Day 9: Free day in Granada

  • Free day (drivers’ rest day).
  • Option to ride the little tourist train up to the Albaicín for the view of the Alhambra.
  • Flamenco evening in a Sacromonte cave (on request).
  • Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Journey to Madrid

  • Drive north through La Mancha.
  • Journey with regular breaks: our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break.

Day 11: Journey to Bordeaux

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
