12 days in Orebić on the Pelješac peninsula: beaches, Korčula opposite, Ston’s walls and oysters, Dingač wines.
Orebić, a former town of sea captains at the foot of a pine-covered mountain, faces the island of Korčula, a quarter of an hour away by boat. Your group stays seven nights on half board in a hotel close to the sea, after a journey divided into three days with two stopovers each way. The Pelješac peninsula is a land of wine and sea: you can taste the red wines of Dingač, the oysters of Mali Ston and the salt harvested in Ston, at the foot of some of the longest town walls in Europe. Opposite, the old town of Korčula, tightly packed on its peninsula, makes for a lovely day out. Three free days leave time to enjoy the beaches and the seaside promenade. Walking is easy in Orebić; Korčula has a few steps, and the walls of Ston are climbed only by those who wish to.
