A 10-day stay in northern Dalmatia: Plitvice Lakes, Zadar's sea organ, the Kornati islands by boat and the salt pans of Nin.
This stay combines two wonders of Croatia: the Plitvice Lakes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Kornati archipelago, a maze of more than a hundred islands. On the way out, your group spends the night near Plitvice and discovers the waterfalls and turquoise lakes the next morning, partly by small train and electric boat. You then stay six nights in Biograd na Moru, a quiet little seaside resort, in a 3-star hotel with lift on half board. On the programme: Zadar and its astonishing sea organ playing to the rhythm of the waves, a boat trip in the Kornati, and Nin with its salt pans and tiny Church of the Holy Cross. Two drivers take turns on the way back for a shorter journey, and a free day lets you enjoy the sea.
