In Bottrop, on the edge of the Ruhr, Movie Park Germany immerses your staff in the world of cinema and cartoons, with roller coasters, thrill rides and shows. It is an ideal outing for a team of mixed ages, where everyone finds something to enjoy, from speed lovers to the more cautious. A reserved group lunch brings everyone together to share the best moments of the morning. Évadons-nous takes care of everything: a touring coach from your company, booking of activities and meals. The programme is tailored to your budget, your group size (from 20 participants) and the date of your choice, with a personalised quote.

Programme

  • Departure from outside your company at the agreed time, by touring coach.
  • Drive to Movie Park Germany in Bottrop; our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival at the park and distribution of admission tickets to the group.
  • Free day in the themed areas, rides and shows.
  • Reserved group lunch in a park restaurant (on request).
  • Afternoon treat for the whole team (on request).
  • Meeting at the coach at park closing time or at the agreed time.
  • Return by coach to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant.
  • Departure and return times adapted to your company’s working hours; several pick-up points possible.
  • The park is open in season, with varying opening days (Halloween event in autumn): dates to be checked.
  • Some rides have a minimum height or health restrictions.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
