A 2-day incentive at Europa-Park in Rust: areas themed on European countries, a hotel night and a team evening.

In Rust, Baden-Württemberg, Europa-Park is Germany’s largest theme park, with themed areas inspired by European countries and internationally renowned roller coasters. This two-day reward trip gives your staff plenty of time to enjoy the park, with a hotel night and a team evening to celebrate the year’s results. The journey, longer than to a nearby park, is made in full comfort by touring coach, with regular breaks. Évadons-nous takes care of everything: a touring coach from your company, booking of activities and meals and the hotel. The programme is tailored to your budget, your group size (from 20 participants) and the date of your choice, with a personalised quote.

Programme

Day 1: Drive to Rust and team evening

  • Departure from outside your company at the agreed time, by touring coach.
  • Drive to Europa-Park in Rust, Baden-Württemberg; our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival at Europa-Park in the early afternoon and distribution of admission tickets.
  • Free afternoon in the themed areas and rides.
  • Check-in at the hotel, at a park hotel or in the area.
  • Team dinner with drinks (on request).
  • Team evening with entertainment or awards (on request).

Day 2: Day at the park and return

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Second day at the park (on request).
  • Day at the Rulantica water park, next to Europa-Park, as an alternative (on request).
  • Departure in mid-afternoon, with regular breaks.
  • Return by coach to your company in the evening.

  • 1 night in a 3-star hotel (4-star on request), double or single rooms, with breakfast

  • Admission tickets to the park for the first day

Good to know

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant.
  • Departure and return times adapted to your company’s working hours; several pick-up points possible.
  • Journey of about 5 to 7 hours from Belgium depending on the departure point, breaks included: times are set accordingly.
  • Opening days vary with the season (summer and winter seasons): to be checked for your chosen date.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
