Two festive days in Flanders for your team: Bruges and Ghent Christmas markets, festive dinner and a night at the hotel.

This year-end trip combines two of the most beautiful cities in Flanders, each with its own Christmas market. In Bruges, the chalets set up on the Markt and Simon Stevinplein; in Ghent, the Winter Festival livens up the area around St Bavo’s and the Korenmarkt. The festive dinner on the first evening brings the team together to celebrate the past year. We organise everything: coach, hotel, visits and meals. The programme is adapted to your budget and group size.

Programme

Day 1: Illuminated Bruges

  • Departure by touring coach from outside your company, at the agreed time.
  • On the road, our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Bruges in the late morning.
  • Team lunch in a restaurant in the centre (on request)
  • Guided tour of the historic centre (on request)
  • Free time at the Christmas market on the Markt and Simon Stevinplein.
  • Check-in at the hotel in the Bruges or Ghent area.
  • Festive year-end dinner (on request)

Day 2: Ghent and its Winter Festival

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Drive to Ghent.
  • Visit to the Castle of the Counts (Gravensteen) (on request)
  • Team lunch in Ghent (on request)
  • Free time at the Winter Festival market around St Bavo’s and the Korenmarkt.
  • Return to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • Departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours.
  • Christmas markets run from late November to early January depending on the city: exact dates change every year and weekends are busy; bring warm clothes.
  • Hotels are in high demand in December: book your date as early as possible.
  • Several pick-up points are possible (offices, depots or park-and-ride car parks); programme quoted from 20 participants, on the date of your choice.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
