Two days in Brussels to celebrate the end of the year: Winter Wonders, gala evening, hotel night and team brunch.

For a truly memorable year-end party, treat your staff to two days in Brussels during Winter Wonders. After an afternoon among the chalets, the illuminated Grand-Place and the sound and light show, the gala evening brings the whole team together over a festive dinner. The hotel night removes any worry about the journey home and lets everyone enjoy the evening fully. The next day, a brunch and free time gently round off the stay. We organise everything to suit your budget and group size.

Day 1: Winter Wonders and gala evening

  • Departure by touring coach from outside your company, at the agreed time.
  • On the road, our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Brussels in the early afternoon.
  • Free time at the Christmas market, between the Bourse, Place Sainte-Catherine and the Marché aux Poissons.
  • Discovery of the illuminated Grand-Place and the sound and light show.
  • Check-in at the hotel.
  • Gala evening with dinner, live music or DJ (on request)

Day 2: Brunch and return

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Team brunch (on request)
  • Chocolate workshop or guided tour of the centre (on request)
  • Free time for last-minute Christmas shopping.
  • Return to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • Departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours.
  • Christmas markets run from late November to early January depending on the city: exact dates change every year and weekends are busy; bring warm clothes.
  • Hotels in the centre are in high demand in December: book your date as early as possible.
  • Several pick-up points are possible (offices, depots or park-and-ride car parks); programme quoted from 20 participants, on the date of your choice.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
