Year-end outing to Hasselt: Winterland, team ice skating, jenever tasting and team meal.

Every winter, Hasselt hosts Winterland, one of Belgium’s biggest Christmas events, with chalets, an ice rink and winter bars. Your team shares a skating session, laughter and mulled wine in a festive atmosphere. As the capital of jenever, Hasselt also offers the chance for a friendly tasting. We organise everything: coach from your company, activities and meals. The day is adapted to your budget and group size.

Programme

  • Departure by touring coach from outside your company, at the agreed time.
  • On the road, our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Hasselt in the late morning.
  • Team lunch in a restaurant in the centre (on request)
  • Visit to the National Jenever Museum with tasting (on request)
  • Free time at Winterland, among chalets, winter bars and lights.
  • Team skating session on the Winterland ice rink (on request)

Good to know

  • Departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours.
  • Christmas markets run from late November to early January depending on the city: exact dates change every year and weekends are busy; bring warm clothes.
  • Skating: bring gloves and a change of clothes; Winterland activities and opening times must be checked each year.
  • Several pick-up points are possible (offices, depots or park-and-ride car parks); programme quoted from 20 participants, on the date of your choice.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
