Year-end outing to Brussels: Winter Wonders market, Grand-Place tree and light show, team lunch and chocolate workshop.

End the year in style with an outing to Winter Wonders (Plaisirs d’Hiver), the big Brussels Christmas market. The chalets stretch from the Bourse to the Sainte-Catherine district, while the Grand-Place hosts its giant tree and a sound and light show. A team lunch and a chocolate workshop make this day a real thank-you for your staff. We organise everything: coach from your company, bookings and activities. The day is tailored to your budget and group size.

Programme

  • Departure by touring coach from outside your company, at the agreed time.
  • On the road, our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Brussels in the late morning.
  • Team chocolate workshop with an artisan chocolatier (on request)
  • Team lunch in a restaurant in the centre (on request)
  • Free time at the Christmas market, between the Bourse, Place Sainte-Catherine and the Marché aux Poissons.
  • Discovery of the illuminated Grand-Place and its tree, with the sound and light show at the end of the day.
  • Mulled wine or a team drink offered by the company at the market (on request)
  • Return to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • Departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours.
  • Christmas markets run from late November to early January depending on the city: exact dates change every year and weekends are busy; bring warm clothes.
  • Several pick-up points are possible (offices, depots or park-and-ride car parks); programme quoted from 20 participants, on the date of your choice.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
