Two days in Picardy for your team: a boat ride in the hortillonnages, Amiens Cathedral, the Bay of Somme and Saint-Valery-sur-Somme.
Combining a city of art with wide open natural spaces, this trip to Picardy gives your team a real breath of fresh air. In Amiens, Notre-Dame Cathedral, one of the largest Gothic cathedrals in France, is followed by a boat ride through the hortillonnages, the floating gardens in the heart of the city. The next day, the Bay of Somme reveals its ever-changing tidal landscapes between Saint-Valery-sur-Somme and Le Crotoy. An ideal nature outing to recharge together and strengthen bonds. Évadons-nous organises everything for you – coach, activities, meals and hotel – from 20 participants, on the date of your choice, departing from your company. Programme
Day 1: Amiens, cathedral and hortillonnages
- Departure by coach from outside your company, at the agreed time.
- Journey with regular breaks: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
- Arrival in Amiens and free lunch in the Saint-Leu quarter.
- Guided tour of Notre-Dame d'Amiens Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (on request).
- Ride in a traditional flat-bottomed boat through the hortillonnages (on request).
- Visit to the house of Jules Verne (on request).
- Check-in at the hotel in the late afternoon.
- Team dinner with Picardy flavours: ficelle picarde and flamiche (on request).
Day 2: Bay of Somme
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Drive to the Bay of Somme.
- Stroll through the medieval town of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme.
- Guided walk in the bay to discover seals and birds (on request).
- Trip on the Bay of Somme steam railway (on request).
- Free lunch in Le Crotoy or Saint-Valery-sur-Somme.
- Journey with regular breaks: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
- Return to your company in the evening.

- A valid identity card is required for each participant.
- Departure and return times are adapted to your company's working hours; several pick-up points are possible.
- Bay outings depend on tides and weather; bring rainwear and shoes that can get wet. The railway runs mainly from April to October.
