A team day in Utrecht: canoeing on the wharf-lined canals, climbing the Dom Tower and an escape game.

Utrecht, a lively student city with its charm intact, is perfect for an active team-building day. Paddling together on the Oudegracht, along its unique wharves where old merchants’ cellars open at water level, calls for coordination and good spirits. After lunch, climbing the Dom Tower, the tallest church tower in the Netherlands, followed by an escape game in small teams rounds off this stimulating day. Coach, activities, meals and bookings: we take care of everything so you can make the most of the day. The programme is adjusted to your budget and number of participants, from 20 people, on the date of your choice.

Programme

  • Departure from outside your company at the agreed time, by touring coach.
  • Drive to Utrecht; our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Utrecht and welcome coffee (on request).
  • Team canoe trip on the canals of the centre, with a safety briefing.
  • Team lunch on the wharves of the Oudegracht (on request).
  • Guided climb of the Dom Tower (on request).
  • Escape game in small teams (on request).
  • Free time in the centre, then drive home.
  • Return to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant; departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours.
  • Bring sportswear and a change of clothes; canoeing usually takes place from April to October, weather permitting.
  • Pick-up is possible at several departure points, for example at different sites of your company.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
