A team day on the Romantic Rhine: cruise towards the Loreley, Rüdesheim cable car and a tasting of Rheingau wines.

The Upper Middle Rhine Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a spectacular setting to reward your teams: hilltop castles, steep vineyards and the famous Loreley rock. Your group boards a cruise through the most romantic stretch of the river, then reaches Rüdesheim, with its lively lanes such as the Drosselgasse and its wine taverns. A cable car ride above the vines and a tasting of Rheingau wines complete this convivial day. Évadons-nous takes care of everything: a touring coach from your company, booking of activities and meals. The programme is tailored to your budget, your group size (from 20 participants) and the date of your choice, with a personalised quote.

  • Departure from outside your company at the agreed time, by touring coach.
  • Drive to the Romantic Rhine valley; our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Rhine cruise through the UNESCO-listed valley, past the Loreley rock (on request).
  • The coach meets the group where the boat arrives.
  • Group lunch in a wine tavern in Rüdesheim (on request).
  • Stroll through the Drosselgasse and Rüdesheim’s old town.
  • Cable car ride above the vineyards up to the Niederwald monument (on request).
  • Tasting of Rheingau wines at a wine estate (on request).
  • Return by coach to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant.
  • Departure and return times adapted to your company’s working hours; several pick-up points possible.
  • Rhine cruises and the cable car run mainly from April to October: season and times to be checked for your date.
  • Depending on how far your company is, departure is early in the morning to keep the day within reasonable hours.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
