A team day in Rotterdam: a cruise through Europe’s largest port, the Cube Houses, the Markthal and a city treasure hunt.

Rotterdam, Europe’s largest port, is a spectacular setting for a company outing focused on innovation. Your team boards a cruise past docks, cranes and container ships, then discovers bold architecture: the Cube Houses, the Erasmus Bridge and the Markthal, the market hall with its huge decorated vault. A team treasure hunt in the city centre brings colleagues together while having fun. We handle everything on a turnkey basis: the coach from your company’s door, the activities, the bookings and the meals. The programme is tailored to your budget, your group size and the date of your choice, from 20 participants.

Programme

  • Departure from outside your company at the agreed time, by touring coach.
  • Drive to Rotterdam; our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Rotterdam and welcome coffee (on request).
  • Guided cruise through the harbour, past docks, cranes and container ships.
  • Team lunch in a city-centre restaurant (on request), or free lunch at the Markthal.
  • Team treasure hunt around the Erasmus Bridge, the Cube Houses and the Markthal (on request).
  • Trip up the Euromast for views over the city and the port (on request).
  • Free time, then drive home.
  • Return to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant; departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours.
  • Bring comfortable shoes and a windproof jacket for the cruise; the treasure hunt takes place in all weathers.
  • Pick-up is possible at several departure points, for example at different sites of your company.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
