For teams who love adrenaline, the Nürburgring is an ideal destination: its historic Nordschleife, more than 20 kilometres long through the forests of the Eifel, is a dream for car enthusiasts worldwide. Your staff compete in a team karting race, then discover the circuit behind the scenes and share a convivial lunch. An outing that builds team spirit, shared memories and plenty of conversation on the way home. Évadons-nous takes care of everything: a touring coach from your company, booking of activities and meals. The programme is tailored to your budget, your group size (from 20 participants) and the date of your choice, with a personalised quote.

Programme

  • Departure from outside your company at the agreed time, by touring coach.
  • Drive to the Nürburgring in the Eifel; our drivers drive for a maximum of 3 hours, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Team karting race, with qualifying, final and prize-giving (on request).
  • Group lunch near the circuit (on request).
  • Guided behind-the-scenes tour of the circuit (on request).
  • Lap of the Nordschleife as a passenger with a driver, in a sports car (on request).
  • Photo stop in the village of Nürburg, below its castle ruins.
  • Return by coach to your company in the evening.

Good to know

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant.
  • Departure and return times adapted to your company’s working hours; several pick-up points possible.
  • Karting requires a minimum age and height: conditions to be checked; bring comfortable clothes and closed shoes.
  • Activities on the circuit depend on the race and event calendar: availability to be checked for your date.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
