Two days in the Meuse valley for your team: Namur citadel, Dinant, river cruise, kayaking on the Lesse and team dinner.

Namur and Dinant make an ideal pair for a company outing that combines discovery and sport. Namur’s citadel, one of the largest in Europe, overlooks the confluence of the Sambre and the Meuse, with its underground passages and cable car. In Dinant, birthplace of Adolphe Sax, the collegiate church and the citadel are reflected in the Meuse, before a kayak trip down the Lesse that brings teams together. We organise everything: coach, hotel, activities and meals. The programme adapts to your budget, the season and your group size.

Day 1: Namur, capital of Wallonia

  • Departure by touring coach from outside your company, at the agreed time.
  • On the road, our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Namur in the late morning.
  • Lunch in a restaurant in old Namur (on request)
  • Ride up to the citadel by cable car, depending on opening days.
  • Guided tour of the citadel’s underground passages (on request)
  • Check-in at the hotel.
  • Team dinner in old Namur (on request)

Day 2: Dinant and the Lesse

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Meeting room for a morning seminar (on request)
  • Drive to Dinant through the Meuse valley.
  • Cruise on the Meuse below the collegiate church (on request)
  • Team kayak trip down the Lesse (on request)
  • Team lunch or snack in Dinant (on request)

Good to know

  • Departure and return times are adapted to your company’s working hours.
  • Kayaking on the Lesse is seasonal (usually April to October), depends on water levels and requires the ability to swim: bring a change of clothes.
  • Several pick-up points are possible (offices, depots or park-and-ride car parks); programme quoted from 20 participants, on the date of your choice.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
