An end-of-year day in Arras for your team: Christmas market on the Grand-Place, the boves, the belfry and a team lunch.

The Arras Christmas market, one of the largest in northern France, sets up on the Grand-Place, framed by its gabled Flemish-style facades. Your team discovers the illuminated chalets and regional specialities, after a surprising visit to the boves, the town's underground tunnels. A team lunch in the historic centre and a climb up the UNESCO-listed belfry complete this friendly end-of-year outing. Évadons-nous organises the whole day for you – coach, activities and meals – from 20 participants, on the date of your choice, departing from your company. The programme is tailored to your budget and group size, with a price on quotation.

Programme

  • Departure by coach from outside your company, at the agreed time.
  • Journey with regular breaks: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Arras in the late morning.
  • Guided tour of the boves beneath the town hall (on request).
  • Team lunch in a restaurant in the historic centre (on request).
  • Climb up the belfry for a view over the illuminated squares (on request).
  • Free afternoon at the Christmas market on the Grand-Place.
  • Journey with regular breaks: our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Return to your company in the evening.

  • A valid identity card is required for each participant.
  • Departure and return times are adapted to your company's working hours; several pick-up points are possible.
  • The Christmas market runs from late November to late December: exact dates change every year; bring warm clothes.

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
