Two days in Leuven and Mechelen for your team: Gothic town hall, brewery, Great Beguinage, St Rumbold’s Tower and dinner.

Leuven, a university city since 1425, charms with its Gothic town hall, its UNESCO-listed Great Beguinage and the lively Oude Markt. As a beer city, it is perfect for a brewery visit and a friendly tasting. The next day, Mechelen reveals its Grote Markt and the tower of St Rumbold’s Cathedral, whose climb becomes a real team challenge. We organise everything: coach, hotel, visits, meals and a seminar room. The programme is adjusted to your budget and group size.

Day 1: Leuven, university city

  • Departure by touring coach from outside your company, at the agreed time.
  • On the road, our drivers drive for 3 hours at most, then take a 30-minute break.
  • Arrival in Leuven in the late morning.
  • Lunch in a restaurant in the centre (on request)
  • Guided tour of Leuven: town hall, Grote Markt, university library and Great Beguinage (on request)
  • Brewery visit with tasting (on request)
  • Check-in at the hotel.

Day 2: Mechelen and St Rumbold’s Tower

Cancellation and refund protection

Optional, to be taken when booking: you can cancel without giving a reason and get the base price of the trip back, provided your request reaches us at least 48 hours before departure for a day trip, 7 days before if admission tickets are included, 14 days before for a trip with overnight stays. Price: 7 % of the trip up to €1,000, 5 % from €1,001 to €2,500, 3.5 % above.
